3 Days Desert Experience from Fes to Marrakech

Enjoy the incredible landscapes of Fes on your way to the charming town of Ifrane. Discover the Merzouga dunes on a camel ride. Explore the fossils of Erfoud. Visit the fortified village of Ait Benhaddou and its rich heritage. Cross the beautiful Draa and Dades valleys. Admire the spectacular canyon of the Dades Gorges. Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Merzouga

Meet our driver at your accommodation in Fes early in the morning to start your journey towards the magnificent Sahara Desert. Enjoy the comfort of our vehicle while admiring the breathtaking landscapes along the way. You may ask the driver to stop if needed. You will have the chance to have lunch in Ifrane, the charming Moroccan town that looks like a little Switzerland, or take memorable photos on the way to Merzouga. Passing through Midelt and other picturesque towns, you will arrive at the entrance to the desert. Meet our team for an unforgettable experience, riding a camel to your desert camp. Spend the night in a bivouac under the starry desert sky.

Day 2: Merzouga – Erfoud – Tinjdad – Todra Gorges – Dades

After breakfast at the bivouac, leave the camp and head to Erfoud for a visit to the fossils and discover the ancient objects of this region. Continue to Tinjdad to appreciate the Saharan landscape. Enjoy lunch at a nice restaurant along the way. Explore the Tafilalt oasis before arriving at the Todra Gorges. Admire the majestic nature of this place and take photos between the two gorges. Then, head to Tinghir, a Berber village where you will discover the local culture. Spend the night in a comfortable riad with a delicious dinner.

Day 3: Dades – Dades Gorges – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Marrakech

Start your day with breakfast at the riad, then prepare for a new adventure. On the way to Ouarzazate, observe the changing landscapes and discover the city with our driver. Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah and learn about this UNESCO World Heritage site. Meet the locals and explore the Kasbah. Have lunch on-site. After a few stops on the way back to Marrakech, enjoy the moments created over these three days. The driver will drop you off at your accommodation in Marrakech in the late afternoon.
