1. Booking and Reservations
    All bookings for activities and excursions must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent upon successful reservation.

  2. Payment Terms
    Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. For certain tours, a deposit may be requested, with the balance due before the activity begins.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure or no-shows will not be refunded.

  4. Changes to Bookings
    Any changes to the booking (such as dates, activities, or number of participants) must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  5. Participant Responsibility
    Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled activities. PEDRU EXCURSION is not responsible for delays caused by participants.

  6. Health and Safety
    All participants must inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to booking. Some activities may require participants to be in good physical health.

  7. Liability
    PEDRU EXCURSION is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during activities. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

  8. Weather Conditions
    Some excursions may be subject to weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel activities.

  9. Group Size
    Our excursions may require a minimum or maximum number of participants. In the event of insufficient numbers, we may cancel or modify the tour.

  10. Conduct
    Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully toward others, guides, and local communities. PEDRU EXCURSION reserves the right to remove participants from an activity if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
